
Bali Morning Sounds Meditation
The morning sounds you will hear in this meditation are "Real" sounds from Ubud Bali. These are the sounds that I heard each morning when I was meditating and doing Yoga. So, the sounds are "Raw" which I love and I hope you will too. I designed this meditation for anyone who is feeling a bit anxious or just wants a bit of quiet time for 5 minutes so as to reconnect with the breath and come back to a calm place.
