Garwyn Linnell

Somatic or Embodiment Practitioner,

Garwyn Linnell is a cellist, sound healer, somatic therapist (Dip IBMT) and herbalist. His training includes Somatic Psychology, Authentic Movement, Infant and Developmental Movement Patterns and Body Systems (BMC), as well as Usui Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Humanistic Counselling, Sound Healing and Subtle Bodywork. His work centres on supporting people into deeper connection with their bodies, the plant world and the natural environment — helping them move through life with greater authenticity and alignment. He offers this through sound journeys, somatic and body-based one-to-one sessions, workshops and retreats, available online and in London. Garwyn is also involved in the curation and direction of collaborative projects that weave together land connection, contemplation and the arts. Drawing on Celtic and Daoist traditions, informed by his Welsh and Chinese heritage, his work brings together music, embodiment and nature-based practice in an integrative way.
