So first we're going to begin with the breath work and then a short meditation to bring you into a very centered,
Grounded,
At home,
Heart wisdom space.
The breath is a full deep breath down into the diaphragm,
Down into the full body and then releasing without any effort.
And we're going to do a set of 30 breaths.
So 30 breaths and then on the 30th breath you're going to let it all go out and hold with no air in the lungs.
So beginning the breath now fully in and keep a cycle and the timing that works for you.
Keep the breath going fully in letting go fully in letting go and as you breathe breathe into any places that may have tension in your body.
Breathing in to any places that need to release in your body.
Breathing fully in and as you breathe feel the breath stretching and breaking apart those dense spaces that you may be holding.
Now breathing in letting it go.
Breathe in life let go tension.
Breathe in oxygen let go CO2.
Breathe in love let go hate.
Breathe in joy let go anxiety.
Breathe in love let go depression.
Keep breathing into whatever needs to be breathed into and letting go of whatever doesn't serve you in this moment here and now.
Breathing in presence letting go past.
Breathing in presence letting go future.
Keep the breath flowing in letting go in letting go that's it.
Keep that breath going.
And now on the final breath fully in and then letting it go.
Ah with a sigh all the way out until there's no air in the lungs and hold.
Feel the tingling sensation in your fingers,
Your arms,
Your toes,
In your head.
Just sit with this space.
Keep holding if you feel you need a breath just go just beyond that.
Just keep holding as you push you will open up your mind open up the energy alignment in your body.
Keep holding a little longer a little longer a little longer.
That's it.
Letting go.
And take a deep breath in hold squeeze sucking up the pelvic floor squeezing the energy up the spine up to the top of the head getting the movement of energy in the body and then letting go.
As you sit there with your eyes closed can you bring your awareness to your forehead?
Can you release any tension that needs to be released in your forehead?
Release any tension in your cheeks.
Can you release the tension in your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Knees,
Shins,
Ankles,
And toes?
Can you feel the space beneath your feet?
Beneath your feet is Mother Earth.
Feel yourself grounding deep into the earth.
Each slow breath,
Natural breath,
Taking you deeper into the earth.
Can you feel your roots going down through the crust of the earth,
Down into the molten core of the earth?
Knowing that your spirit is anchored deep within this earth.
And feel those roots winding their way back up through the molten,
Up through the crust,
Up into your body,
Wrapping around your heart,
Holding you safe.
Can you bring your awareness to the space inside your chest?
Can you feel the space,
The expanse that is inside you?
Feel your heart beating.
Hear the sound.
As your heart beats every single minute of every single day,
You don't have to think about your heart.
It thinks all on its own,
Just for you.
Pumping blood nutrients,
Endorphins,
Oxytocin,
Love,
Healing around your body every minute of every day,
Just for you.
Can you give gratitude to your heart,
Thanking it for all that it does for you,
Without thought,
Without needing anything in return?
It beats just for you.
Be thankful for your heart,
For it was given to you without needing to work for it.
Someone loved you enough to give you a heart with which you can live,
Love and be.
You can even abuse your body and your heart will still be.
That's how much it loves you.
Now can you think of a moment in your life or a place inside you that is filled with joy?
Imagine your sanctuary,
Your place that's just for you.
The trees,
The plants,
The flowers,
The people are there just for you.
When they look at you,
You feel the love pouring out of their eyes,
The gratitude that fills you up.
You can feel the love all around you,
All the joy as it fills you up.
Hear the sound of laughter,
Of love all around you.
Can you bring all this energy into one dense ball of energy?
What color is that energy?
How does it feel?
Can you make that even more dense,
Even smaller so it's so packed like an atomic bomb of love and joy and gratitude?
Bring that into your body,
Bring that into your being,
Into your heart space.
And now when you're ready,
Start to wriggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Coming back into the room,
Back into your body,
Back into the space,
Ready to take on anything throughout the day.
I recommend taking some time writing whatever you need to write,
Creating whatever you need to create in this space before going into your day.
