Hi there and welcome to this meditation for peace.
Clearing and protecting your energy after being around a lot of people.
This is something that those of us who are energetically sensitive might.
Notice becomes.
Heavy and hard once in a while when we are in large group settings or we are very interactive with lots of people sometimes.
It feels draining,
It feels exhausting,
It might just feel overwhelming.
So this is a great practice to come to when you can be in a safe space with yourself for a bit,
You can calm down,
You can quiet.
And just drop in and get back into your own energy.
So I will walk you through a guided meditation and visualization to support you.
And if you want to take a minute to find a comfortable place.
That might be seated,
That might be lying down.
And take time to extra support yourself.
Maybe you want a pillow or a blanket,
Maybe.
.
.
You want a grounding crystal.
Allow yourself to get as comfortable,
As positioned as possible.
And if you need to pause to do that,
Do so now.
Otherwise,
I want you to begin to settle in.
Maybe shake out.
Some last little fidgety feelings.
Shake your arms,
Shake your hands,
Shake your head.
Shake your legs,
Shake your feet.
We're gonna just do three.
Big deep inhales through the nose and then out.
Big,
Loud.
Exhales out the mouth.
So starting on the first one with me.
AHH!
We're going to do that two more times.
Big inhale in.
Let go.
Third time,
Let go as much as you possibly can.
Deep inhale in.
Release.
And the last little shakes.
And then allow yourself to begin to settle.
Closing down the eyes.
And allowing your breathing to be whatever it needs to be right now.
If you need to continue some deep breathing,
Please do so.
If you're ready to gently slow it down,
Maybe the inhales and the exhales move through the mouth or nose differently.
Just listening to what your body and nervous system needs to begin to calibrate.
To your own energy.
To your own space.
And not focusing too much on the breath,
Just allowing it to be what it needs to be.
Giving yourself a second to notice if there are any feelings.
That maybe you didn't feel comfortable feeling a little while ago.
Maybe you felt like you couldn't fully express yourself because you were around or with a lot of people.
See if anything is ready to surface right now and give yourself some space to feel it.
Feel the tears.
Feel the fear,
The discomfort.
And maybe you're elated.
Maybe you're really happy,
It doesn't always have to be heavy feelings.
And sometimes even though we feel good and we feel happy,
We can still have a lot of other people's energy on us.
So this is a great time to just check in.
Just ask,
How am I feeling?
How are we feeling?
Can I allow myself to feel more right now and make some space?
And we do this so that we can begin to get into the body,
Get out of the mind a little bit more,
Get into the body.
And start to feel safe within yourself again.
Start to feel centered within yourself,
Your being.
And the first part of this process is just going to be clearing your energetic field.
If you need to take some more time to feel anything that's coming up.
You are welcome to pause gently.
Hold space for yourself.
And if you feel good,
You feel ready,
We're going to begin.
With something that one of my mentors called.
Almost a tornado.
Storm.
So this can take any sort of shape.
Color and size that you want and I would invite you to make it as large as possible.
We're going to invoke the spiritual whirlwind.
So the process is going to be the invocation.
And the visualization.
What you will visualize and allow to move through you at its own pace.
Is a very large tornado or whirlwind or storm.
That is above you and completely and totally works its way from above you.
Over the top of your head,
Over your shoulders,
Throughout the center of your being,
Down through your feet,
Past your feet.
And you want it to take up as much space as possible so that it clears not only you,
But your outer field.
So taking a gentle deep breath in.
And saying.
In the wisdom of the soul.
I invoke the Spiritual Whirlwind.
And allowing this energetic.
To work through your body and system.
You might feel the need to shake or vibrate.
And visualize this storm or this whirlwind.
Taking up a lot of space,
Swirling around your head and you remain at the center.
You are safe.
You are calm.
You are present.
And this whirlwind is doing all of the work,
Cleaning up everything in your aura and all of your energetic fields in your body that is not yours and does not belong and is not serving your highest good.
And it continues to swirl and pull and clean as it moves down and takes up space around the shoulders.
In the neck,
In the heart,
In the chest,
In the back.
And continues its work.
Filling up the room around you and swirling down,
Pulling down through the belly,
Through the low back.
Covering and brushing and swirling around the leg.
Around the feet and exiting down out beneath you into the earth.
And giving yourself a moment.
Because it may take you a little longer.
Or it might have gone by quickly.
It works at its own pace.
You might want to ask it to move through again.
And you might want to start this visualization from the top down again.
Feeling and sensing the whirlwind.
Starting at the crown above the head.
Taking up a lot of space around you and the space that you're in.
Working its way all the way down your body and completely clearing out your fields.
Assisting it with your breath.
Your visualization,
Your intention.
And watching as it exits down and out the bottom of the feet into the earth.
Give yourself a couple of moments to acclimate.
Allow yourself to feel.
The clearness.
The openness,
The groundedness.
That is left in the wake of this storm.
What does it feel like?
To have had a force of nature just clear and take whatever you didn't need.
How are you feeling now?
Do you feel more spacious?
Do you feel clean?
Do you feel quiet?
And now,
With this spaciousness,
With this cleared energy,
We are going to begin to work through a process of protection.
So this is kind of like rebuilding cellular walls.
Maybe you've gotten a scratch or a cut and you've witnessed your skin rebuild itself over time.
We are going to create some.
Clear energetic protection and boundaries just as skin will regenerate.
So I want you to start in the center of your being.
You might feel that in your heart,
You might feel it in your belly.
Wherever your center point is for you right now.
Land there.
Be there.
Be all there.
Feel into this space.
Breathe and feel yourself expand and move in this space.
And envision a color.
Brightening.
And filling and flooding the center space that you're in.
It might be yellow or blue or pink or green,
Whatever color comes up.
Just let that begin to grow and radiate out from your center point.
Watching it smooth over your entire body.
And radiate out.
Further outside of your body,
Gently growing.
And like a soft light just flooding your entire being.
Stretching out further into your auric field,
Taking up more space.
Going two,
Three,
Four feet out from your body.
Encompassing you completely.
Like a large egg of color.
We are going to fortify.
The outside of that egg.
So this is probably five or six feet outside of you.
You're in a large.
.
.
Large energetic eggs.
And I'll invite you to feel into a material that feels good.
We will do a few layers.
But your starting material,
Maybe it's gold.
Maybe it's iron.
Might even be a crystal.
Thank you.
Allow this material to completely soak and cover.
This energetic egg that you've created around yourself.
So you are at the center,
You are surrounded by color.
And now there is a beautiful enclosure that is beginning to form.
Your first layer.
Something that feels clear.
And protect it.
Whatever comes through for you first.
That is what I mean by clear.
It just comes through.
It's just available for you.
It's a no-brainer.
And now that that first layer has been placed over and around your energy,
I want you to take a moment to say thank you.
Say thank you to this material,
These minerals that or meshing with your field.
And protecting your energy.
Holding your energy.
You're doing this with love.
The intention and the purpose of these layers.
Is love for the soul.
Love for your energy,
Cherishing who you are and what you have to give to the world.
Now this second layer.
Might be something lighter,
It might be flowers.
It might be pine needles or an herb.
Or maybe it's more metal.
Or more mineral.
Invite in the second layer to encompass.
Your first layer.
And sandwiched in between the two is your gratitude.
So the layers of radiating love and gratitude are fortifying these barriers.
Protecting your energy.
And I want you to envision that second layer completely and totally wrappling around the first.
And finally,
We will create a third layer of light.
Envisioning.
The softest,
Brightest white light.
Misting over and around.
The second layer.
And again.
As this third layer begins to cover you,
Just saying thank you.
And sandwiching that gratitude again between the layers.
Watching as the mist.
Covers.
And soaks and bonds into that second layer.
Witness and feel yourself in the center of all of it.
And notice how different your energy feels now.
Giving yourself a moment.
To express gratitude.
All of nature and the elements for coming in to support you.
And taking a couple of deep breaths and feeling into what your energy feels like now that it is clear and protected.
This is your center point.
To come back to.
So we're going to take a few deep breaths to anchor this energy in.
Breathing in through the nose.
Out through the nose.
Gently in through the nose.
Out through the nose.
One more time in through the nose.
And out through the nose.
And beginning to feel your physical body.
The center point of all of this work that you've just done.
Feeling how light your body feels.
Feeling how supported your body feels,
Feeling the gratitude for your body and your energetic fields.
Allowing yourself to rest in this love and this lightness.
For as long as you need.
And when you are ready.
You might want to hold yourself.
You might want to curl up in a ball and just hold your body and your being.
You might want to gently massage,
Touch parts of yourself so that you can just feel your skin,
Feel your body.
Safety.
And the health of your being.
Take a deep breath in,
Release it.
And as you are feeling ready,
You can very gently open your eyes and take a moment to witness yourself and your surrounding an energetically clear and protected space.
