Okay,
Everyone so welcome to meditation time And this is just a time for you to be with yourself a time for you to relax Time for you to go deeper a time for you just to be yourself So we'll start just by breathing just becoming aware of your breath.
You don't need to do anything to Change it just feel your natural breath moving in and out of your body Becoming a little deeper or longer if that feels good to you And you don't have to do anything at all right now except listen to my voice It's all you have to do so you can let go of everything else Anything else that may be on a to-do list?
Or things the mind wants to think about and I'd like you just to bring all of yourself back Into this moment and arrive here in this timeless space where the past and the future is all right now So bringing back any pieces or parts of yourself that May be out there somewhere.
It's bringing them back.
You don't have to think about what they are just Opening your heart and then anything that is not Yours or is not you in this moment you can give that back to wherever it came from And you don't have to know where that is feeling yourself in your body Feeling all of yourself whatever that means to you right now Letting your sweet body relax even deeper feeling safe Feeling safe to let go and relax And just let everything be No need to fix anything or change anything the muscles of your face relax the jaw and the cheeks I'm setting your neck relax and let go of whatever maybe Holding there.
No releasing your shoulders down Feeling any weight that you may feel on your shoulders feeling that Just ease a little bit Feeling your chest expand contract with each breath relaxing the arms abdomen the hips The legs all the way down to the toes Feeling yourself fully in this moment and everything that may be arising anything that may be arising just Letting that be okay fully,
Okay Feeling your wholeness.
What does that feel like?
What does your wholeness feel like to you?
This is all of it Everything all of you.
It's not about feeling like you have it all together It's allowing whatever is there to be there Whatever is going going on inside of you in any moment fully allowing that surrendering to that And loving that and loving your own sweet tender heart Being so grateful for all the parts of you that make you.
This is not hiding or censoring yourself from yourself or From the world showing up just as you are remembering not only your human expression and all that encompasses but also that still In silent space and you that always has been is and always will be Long before you were here in this body long after this body is gone You still remain and that is always perfect complete free So feeling the qualities of that for yourself Right now in this moment feeling your wholeness The fullness and the richness of that.
What does that feel like?
To you Letting yourself sink into the feeling of those qualities to the light of you going deeper feeling safe to explore Yourself even deeper Going safe to remember your own infinity your own perfection Allowing the silence to be full Be full of the pure love that you are the light that you are That we all are the pieces and parts of you that you may have felt are broken can be returned to this whole place Where they can dissolve and be remembered as having never been broken Just forgotten for you never have been broken There is nothing wrong with you There's just opportunities to remember yourself And return everything to you Remembering the simplicity of you The simplicity of just taking one moment remembering yourself in this whole place That isn't asking for anything from you But always here Always holding you Guiding you Loving you inviting you Into more of your life Loving you inviting you into more of yourself Into more alignment Into more ease Feeling yourself and your body of your breath again Moving in and out naturally Just observing the breath Observing how it gives you everything you need In this moment All the nourishment that your body needs The life The vitality Feeling your body expand Contract with each breath Feeling the rest of your body Your hands and your feet Moving around if you'd like to a little bit Taking the breaths that you need Taking the time that you need To come back into the physical space where you are On the couch or in your chair And whenever you feel ready You can open your eyes Or keep them closed Whatever feels good for you And just take your time And just take your time And just take your time coming back
