Okay,
Well,
Welcome.
Welcome everyone to a few minutes of connecting to yourself,
Which we can call meditation,
We can call relaxation,
Guided permission to just be yourself.
And that's really what meditation is to me is just the opportunity to remember yourself to be yourself.
And that's it.
So go ahead and get comfortable,
Whether you're sitting or lying.
You don't have to situate yourself in any particular way,
It can be the way that feels most comfortable for you,
Where you can relax and feel really supported by the chair,
The bed or the couch or the floor,
Wherever you are.
And speaking to notice your breath and how when you slow down,
All the breath usually slows down too.
So just feeling that that extra grace with your breath.
Maybe it's becoming a little longer,
A little deeper.
And just feeling that breath moving in and out of your body.
Helping you to relax more and more with each breath.
Giving you everything you need in this moment.
Nourishing you,
Nourishing the life that moves through your body effortlessly.
Feeling more relaxed.
Going a little deeper.
Giving yourself permission to let go of something else.
Whether it's a thought,
An idea,
An identity,
A worry or a fear.
Just allowing a little bit more softness and space to come in and to meet you where you are today.
Without forcing anything or trying to change anything.
Feeling all the muscles of the face relax a little bit more around the eyes,
The jaw.
Feeling your shoulders relax a little bit deeper.
Feeling the fingers and the toes.
Just relax.
Letting go of any tensions that you may be holding.
And if you don't know you're holding them.
And allowing all of yourself to come into this moment right here,
Right now.
Just as you are.
With nothing else to do and nowhere else to be.
Feeling the perfection and the fullness of you.
Noticing the quality of the silence today.
Noticing how easy it is to just be yourself.
And to relax into the eternal you.
The infinite you.
Never born,
Never dies.
Always is.
Always will be.
Feeling the strength and the power that within you.
But no matter what's going on around you in your life,
This remains constant and steady and true.
The you that always has been.
Allow it to be an anchor for you right now in this moment.
Allow it to anchor you and your remembrance.
Anchor you and your strength.
Anchor you and your knowing of who and what you are.
And allow yourself to know the best possible outcomes for yourself.
The best possible outcome in life for you.
What does that feel like?
With no doubt,
Not one tiny little ounce of doubt.
Just knowing absolutely the most aligned and the best thing is here for you.
Allowing yourself to see and feel the best possible outcomes for all of humanity and for our world.
You may have no idea what that is,
But just allowing yourself to know that the best possible outcome is here,
Is happening,
And will happen.
And you don't have to know how,
Just that it is so.
Feeling the quality of you,
Of the deepest sense of you,
The eternal infinite self.
Just basking in that.
And now I want you to feel yourself living in a world where money doesn't exist.
There is no money,
There is no system of debt,
Slavery,
Control.
It just isn't there.
Everything is given freely.
Everything you need,
Everything you want.
It's all there for you.
And there for every being on this planet.
Given freely.
Feel yourself in that world.
Feel the energy of that,
The frequency of that.
What is the quality of that?
How does that feel?
And you no longer have to work to live or have your basic needs met.
You can just have everything you want and need.
Whatever is coming up for you is perfectly okay.
This may trigger other things in you and that's okay too.
But as best you can,
Feel that freedom,
That frequency of pure love that runs the planet.
And now ask yourself,
If money didn't exist,
What would I do?
What would I do?
How would I spend my days and my time right now in this moment?
What feels most alive for me?
Being honest with yourself about what that is right now,
Today.
And if I'm not already doing it,
How can I incorporate more of that?
How can I do more of that right now?
Noticing how you're feeling right now,
How your body's feeling,
How all your bodies are feeling.
What we dream becomes reality.
What you dream becomes your reality.
That's how powerful that you are,
That we all are.
It doesn't mean it's exactly what we dream or think.
But that feeling,
That knowing,
That frequency is carried to every other being on this planet and expands and gets proliferated.
So thank you for being here for yourself today,
For the world today.
It's more powerful,
More impactful than our minds can know.
Feel your breath once again moving in and out of your body,
Giving you everything you need,
Nourishing you,
Lifting you up to wherever you need to be,
Wherever you want to be.
And now you can move your body around a little bit if you'd like.
Start feeling yourself on the couch or in the bed or on the chair,
Wherever you are,
Feeling how that feels.
Maybe you can feel the material.
Maybe you can feel how it feels supporting you,
If it's soft or hard,
Noticing any smells in the room.
And you can slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
Take in the sights.
What do you notice?
What catches your eye?
Is there something you see that makes you feel more alive?
A color or picture?
The leaves falling off of a tree outside of your window.
You can rub your hands together if you'd like,
Just to bring some tactile sensation.
Rubbing your hands together and then putting them on your body wherever you feel to,
Wherever you feel to do that.
Whatever needs a little love,
A little attention from you to you.
So taking your time.
Taking a few deep breaths in and sighing them out.
Coming back to this time and this space and this place together.
