Welcome to this guided practice where we are going to connect to a meaningful and authentic life.
This is our way to find your cheeky little dreams as I like to say.
It is a guided visual process like a meditation,
However if you're not visual use your ability to sense.
You may hear things,
You may see words,
You may see colors,
You may feel things in your body.
Allow all of your senses to be there as you continue into this practice.
Do your best to clear your mind and just brainstorm.
It's like daydreaming okay.
Take it with a grain of salt and put no pressure on yourself to just see what happens.
So what I'd like to invite you to do is lower your gaze or close your eyes and start to take nice slow deep breaths.
Really bringing your awareness into your body,
Into your beautiful body.
Bring your focus down into your heart,
Into your chest,
Into your belly and let the world just fade away into the background.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Allowing your belly to become free as you move that oxygen through your body.
Start to connect with yourself,
Come out of the mind,
Into the heart,
Into the body.
And then what I'd like you to do is to take yourself to a beautiful nature scene and again you can visually see this or sense this.
Imagine yourself in this beautiful nature scene and this is a place where you feel incredibly calm and peaceful and there's no one else around.
It can be a place that you know or that is real or imagined but just go with the image or the sense that comes to you and use your five senses to ground into this place.
What does it feel like?
What can I feel on my body?
What are my feet touching?
What does it sound like to be here?
What sounds can I hear?
What does it smell like to be here?
Are there any tastes?
Am I eating or drinking anything?
And what can I see?
Use your subtle sense to imagine all that you can see to a 360 degree turnaround.
Look up,
Look down,
Take in the colours,
The details and all that is around you in this safe nurturing place.
Now start to walk down a path and we're going to find a bridge at the end of this path so just notice how your path appears again using your senses to be really clear on the path and notice that there are 21 steps and start to take those steps down towards the bridge.

1 and you appear at the beginning of a bridge and notice what that bridge is made of,
The size,
The height,
The materials.
Notice what the bridge goes over,
Just take a few moments here at the beginning of the bridge.
Now on the other side of the bridge is a beautiful future you.
It is a version of you living a meaningful and content life where you do anything that you want with whoever you want,
However you want.
You are well,
You are healthy,
You are joyful and you are engaged in your own little creative world that you have built and manifested just for you.
So what I want you to do is clear your mind and start to walk those steps on that bridge and then look up and at the end of the bridge you see yourself in your most meaningful and authentic life living in full expression of who you are and who you are meant to be.
Just let that image or sense come to you creatively and take in all of the details of what is happening,
What is she doing,
What is the space or room around her or what equipment does she have,
What tools does she have,
What does she do.
Imagine you're watching the movie of your future life.
Notice what she's wearing.
Notice the expression on her face.
If you would like continue to move forward and ask her anything you would like.
Ask her how she got there,
What did she have to let go of,
How good does it feel to be there and what are the steps she took to get there.
Move into her world,
Feel around,
Let her show you around and just let her space and her world be as big and as expansive as it needs to be.
There's no right or wrong.
Continue to let the image or the movie unfold as you step into her world and feel the energy of what it feels like to be in her world.
Let her show you around so that you know what she does every day,
What she spends her time and energy doing,
Who she's with or if she's alone or with pets and how she gives herself complete and utter permission to just live the life she wants.
And then you can ask her to show you what she does that comes just from her.
The gift she has found to give to the world.
As small as it may be,
Growing herbs or making lemonade or little paintings or caring for her community or sewing something or building a company.
It doesn't matter what it is but let her show you the thing that gives her purpose and meaning that she gifts to the world,
That she looks forward to finding time for every day.
Ask any questions that you like.
See,
Sense,
See words,
Smell,
Sounds,
Tastes,
Anything at all.
And just notice how you feel being here.
We're going to start to close our meditation practice soon but I'm going to give you two choices.
The first is if you would like to stay there with your future self in that beautiful life she has created.
Or if you would like to come back across the bridge,
Back up the 21 steps and back to your present self.
And I'm also going to give you the option whether you stay there or whether you come back to either stay separate from her as two different versions of you or you can merge into your future self and let your bodies blend and you just become one person.
So you can choose to do that or choose to stay separate and whatever you do choose again to either stay in that beautiful space or you or just you and her come back over the bridge or maybe you come back over the bridge and she stays there.
Just follow your intuition there is no right or wrong but I'll just give yourself time to make those decisions.
Allow it creatively to unfold just follow your intuition there is no right or wrong.
Take a few final deep breaths as you complete the process and then however you decide to end your visualization or your practice.
Now let's start to bring you back into the present moment by becoming aware of your physical body on this day at your current location.
Just start to feel your body maybe gently stretch or move around or squeeze your toes or your fingers just start to come back into your body bringing with you that sense of peace and calmness and that flow state you're in.
And I'd encourage you to journal now or sketch out what you saw just make note of all of the downloads that you saw.
Taking your time to enjoy this balmy dreamy state and then tomorrow or in the future look at this list look at these memories look at these beautiful insights and do your best to work towards them slowly but surely bringing in any and all of the elements that you saw so that you can slowly start to work towards a meaningful and purposeful and authentic creative expression of who you are the reason you are here the things that make you feel good to do and use this vision as your North Star no matter how long it takes you to get there as the best expression of yourself that will make you feel well and content and happy and authentic in this vision that only you can see.
