Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this meditation,
A spiraling inward,
Guiding ourselves to the energy we want to open most,
To unblocking the pieces of ourselves that are feeling like they're being held back.
It is about embracing who we are and loving ourselves deeply.
So take a moment to get comfortable,
To adjust until you find that place where you can surrender to stillness.
Maybe close your eyes if that's comfortable to you.
And as you find this place of comfort,
I welcome you to just find awareness of the natural breath.
Awareness of the inhale.
Awareness of the breath.
Feel the subtle movements of the body with each breath.
The expansion of the ribcage and the belly as you inhale.
And the release,
The contraction,
As you exhale,
Letting it all go.
Deepening the awareness of the physical body,
The energetic body.
Deepening the awareness of self.
Feel the expansion,
The bigness of the entire energetic being.
Feel it pulsing outward into the world.
As big as you can get it.
As your awareness getting bigger and bigger,
Opening to what it is that you need to feel here in the expansiveness of your energetic body.
What vibration do you feel?
What move in this energetic body?
And still in this place of expansiveness,
I just want you to notice your physical body and how it feels in the bigness of your energy.
Is there anywhere where the physical body feels like it's pushing outward or even retreating?
Just acknowledge these places and take a moment to be with them without judgment or asking.
No need to analyze or discern.
Just simply presence and awareness.
What sensations are coming up for you?
Do you feel the need to move?
Or are you able to stay still?
Now let the energy spiral again.
This time it wants to move inward.
Moving towards the soulful places inside of us.
And again,
Just notice,
Does any resistance come up here?
Or do you spiral beautifully into a space within the body?
Just where do you go?
Where does it want to move without thinking or feeling?
Just allowing.
Where does the energy take you?
And it's okay to spiral down really small into this place.
Almost like a pinpoint.
Landing exactly where you are meant to be.
You can think of this as an anchor point.
Where the energy has firmly planted itself.
Not attached,
You can release it at any time.
But at the same time,
You can use this anchor to deepen into this energy.
Now begin to notice the spiral again.
Maybe it's changed directions,
Its shape or vibration.
Maybe it's a different color.
Or feeling.
So okay,
If it hasn't changed,
Just have awareness.
Think of this spiral as an energy that is drilling deeper.
That is burrowing into the places that need relief.
The places that want to expand.
It is simply an illusion that they are trapped or blocked here.
So trust in this spiral of energy.
This connection to the great beyond.
And allow it to gently burrow into this place of darkness.
This void.
This thing that feels like a boulder,
But really weighs nothing at all.
Feel it opening up the energy in this area.
Bigger and bigger.
Just notice how it feels and what comes up without discerning or judgment or animosity.
And as you stay here in this energy,
You may begin to notice a great green jewel.
Beautifully cut and emanating this divine emerald green color.
And when you gaze into it,
There will be a single feeling,
Word,
Or vision that will be shown to you.
Just take it at face value.
Again,
There's no reason to judge or discern,
Just be present and aware.
Be grateful for the gift.
