Before starting, please make yourself comfortable and take a few deep breaths, with the exhale longer than the inhale (you can make the humming sound while exhaling to elongate the out-breath. Another option is to think of having a thin straw between your lips while exhaling).

This frequency is connected with your Solar Plexus Chakra and will help you find focus and increase positivity and creativity.
