This meditation is for increasing your ability to manage time.
Time management isn't an important skill that you can just push and it brings you to success.
When procrastination takes over you,
It takes over your being and it holds you back from achieving your goals.
So let's first let go.
Let go of your need to put things off for the last minute.
Breathe in,
Close your eyes.
Imagine something that you have to do.
It may be something large,
So let's break it down into smaller goals.
What is one thing that you can do within one hour that pushes you towards this bigger thing that you need to do?
The smaller tasks related to your big goal might be the things like researching,
Taking notes,
Getting your ideas out on paper.
Imagine what you can do in an hour that pushes you towards a big goal.
See yourself completing that task.
Visualize it.
It feels so good about completing this task.
So now see yourself praising yourself and taking a break,
Allowing your brain to step back and breathe.
Perhaps you have hot tea or coffee.
Maybe you want to call a loved one and say hello.
Either way,
The short break is very important because you are about to get back to another task.
What is the next thing that you can do that pushes you towards your goal?
Imagine you have one hour to either research,
Work,
Take notes,
Anything that is directly related to this goal.
See yourself focused,
Passionate,
In flow.
You have a deep understanding that not everything happens at once.
Things happen over time and it is your choice how to manage that time.
What percentage of time are you putting into completing tasks that push you towards your goals?
What percentage of time?
Now imagine that you can double it.
See your life playing out as if you have doubled your output.
You've doubled your amount of work,
The amount of passion you have for getting things done.
Imagine a life where procrastination is a habit of the past.
Bring yourself about the feeling of joy and pride and completion,
Productivity.
Allow this feeling of happiness to expand in your body.
Life feels good when you complete things early.
You have more time to yourself later and more time to put towards achieving your dreams.
When you rise from the session,
Go to a piece of paper,
Take a pen in your hand and write down three goals that you have.
Do this every day and you will be amazed in the changes that will be made in your life.
How are your actions reflecting the steps towards the intent in achieving that goal?
