Take some time today, to be kind to your mind. This 30-minute music track features soothing sounds to support your wellbeing as you unwind and recentre. When I find myself a little stressed or anxious, I'll often pop my headphones on, gently close my eyes, and meditate on this for a little while. I do hope it will benefit you too.
