Breathing in calm.
And breathing out anything you no longer need to carry.
Now imagine yourself surrounded.
By a soft,
Glow.
Of color.
Begin.
With red.
A warm.
Red light surrounds you,
Grounding you.
In this moment,
Feel free.
The courage.
To simply.
Be here safe.
Present.
Supported.
As the color shifts to orange,
Allow a gentle.
Sense of joy to awaken.
Within you.
Notice your feelings without judgment.
Give yourself permission to feel.
Fully.
And freely.
Now,
Welcome Yellow.
A golden light shines from within,
Illuminating your personal power.
Feel your vitality,
Your uniqueness,
Your ability to stand confidently as you are.
Yourself.
The light softens to green.
A soothing green surrounds your heart.
Breathe in.
Compassion.
Breathe out anything that no longer serves you.
Allow forgiveness.
And balance to flow through you.
Now imagine a beautiful blue Night.
Feel your breath moving freely,
Your truth is welcome here.
There is nothing you need to prove.
Simply listen.
And be heard within you.
Yourself.
The color deepens.
To indigo.
A quiet place of intuition and inner knowing.
Allow your mind to become.
Still.
Trust.
The wisdom that exists beneath.
Thought.
Now a gentle violet light surrounds you.
