Unwinding

This was part of a much longer meditation that I decided to split into two parts. The second movement is entitled Relaxing your mind and should be uploaded soon. It is my hope that you allow this piece to carry you to a place of peace and deep meditation. It is suitable for both early morning and evening meditation. Namaste.
