Rhythm For Breathing (Part 2)

This is the second of two pieces that I composed regarding breathing awareness. The practice is to fall into the reality of how you are breathing and to control that. Allow the music to be an afterthought as you begin to focus on proper breathing that washes away anxiety, worry and stress.
