This is like the sweet spot in your favourite Yin pose. A gentle mind massage. I listen to it over and over like a song. After listening to the meditation I noticed that I am racing around I’m rushing for some reason and this meditation makes me slow down and move at half the speed and also to take slower and deeper breaths. That’s actually turns out to be energising and my body and mind are in more alignment and I have more focus and clarity.
