Hello,
Beautiful people.
It's Laura from the Fortune Wellness Collective,
And I am so glad that you're here today.
Thank you for joining me for this nature visualization meditation.
The practice that we're going to do today is an invitation for you to pause and help yourself reset your nervous system a little bit by reconnecting with yourself and having a real FWC experience where you're connected with that calm grounding energy of nature and just leaving you feeling more balanced to take on your everyday life.
Before we begin the meditation,
Just take a minute to help yourself be comfortable and allow yourself to settle into your space.
Maybe even offering yourself some appreciation for showing up today in this way.
And when you feel ready,
Let's begin.
If it feels safe and comfortable for you,
I invite you to gently close your eyes.
We'll take some deep breaths to come into the body.
At your own pace,
Inhale through your nose,
Filling the lungs.
Pause briefly at the top of the breath.
And then release your breath,
Exhaling slowly out of the mouth.
Whenever you're ready,
You're going to inhale through the nose,
Pausing at the top of the breath.
And then exhaling completely.
Continue to repeat this breath on your own.
Inhaling.
Pause and exhaling.
Inhaling,
Pause,
And exhaling.
Just gently noticing if and when the mind wanders and just bringing it back to the breath.
Inhaling.
Pausing at the top of the breath.
Before exhaling.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
And bring your attention to the sensation of your body resting on the surface beneath you.
Feel gravity as it gently grounds you.
And allow your body to soften into the surface.
Enjoying the weighty sensation.
Allow the body to grow heavy,
Relaxed,
Settling in.
Allowing your shoulders to soften and bringing them back and down away from the ears.
Allow your hands to relax,
Unclenching them and bringing softness to them.
Allow your face to relax.
Unclenching the jaws.
Relaxing the forehead and the eyebrows.
Just noticing the sensation as you rest.
Allow yourself to feel more supported with each breath.
As gravity continues to gently ground you and support you.
Know that you are supported.
And you are here in the present moment.
We are going to embark on a journey.
Imagine that you are outdoors in a peaceful meadow.
Take a moment to pause.
And take in your surroundings.
As you look out over the meadow,
You notice what colors that you see.
Looking out at your meadow,
Notice any textures that you can see or feel.
As you look out over the beautiful meadow,
Is there anything specific that you're drawn to?
Just gently noticing what arises for you,
Not judging or changing anything.
You feel peaceful in this place as you look out at the scenery around you.
You find a sense of ease.
And take the time to enjoy yourself.
Relaxed,
And at peace.
Let the tranquility and beauty of this moment allow you to embrace yourself.
The truest version of you.
Let the tranquility and beauty of this moment allow you to embrace your own nurturing care.
The type that you give so easily to others.
Give it back to yourself.
Let the tranquility and beauty of this moment.
Allow you to embrace a sense of encouragement and support.
Bring your full awareness back to the meadow.
Maybe even noticing some new details you overlooked before.
A light rain begins to fall.
But you don't mind it.
Somehow it brings more peace to this meadow.
Leaving you feeling completely at ease.
Notice how the gentle rain moves through the meadow nourishing the earth and refreshing the wild beauty that exists here.
Clearing the air.
Allow the rain to gently wash over you too.
Not just your body.
But allow the rain to wash over your mind,
Your energy,
Your thoughts.
Feel it as a soft release.
As you exhale,
Release anything that no longer serves you.
Allowing the gentle rain to wash it away.
Releasing any tension,
Any heaviness.
Not forcing anything,
Just softly letting go.
The rain gradually lightens into a soft mist.
And you are present here with yourself.
Feeling a sense of clarity and calm.
What remains with you is only what is needed.
Take this moment to pause and notice how you feel in this moment.
And on your next breath.
Leaving the meadow.
Letting it go.
But letting the ease and peace remain with you.
Now your journey is complete and it's time to return to your body.
When you are ready,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Notice the weight of your body on the mat beneath you.
In your own time,
Slowly bring some gentle movement back into the body.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes.
Gently rocking your head from side to side.
Or rolling your wrists and ankles.
Maybe gently rocking the entire body.
When you are ready.
Blink open your eyes and gently come back into the space around you.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation today.
