Do you feel alone in the》 my love for you?

Welcome to this meditation.

This was created with the intention of bringing you ease during uncertain times.

Through intentionally and collectively being together in this present moment,

We can find a light even in the darkest of times.

I want you to get into a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and find your breath with me.

I want you to first focus on letting your breath flow through you deeply.

As you inhale,

Let the breath fill up your chest all the way down to your lower belly.

And I want you to exhale any tension you may be feeling in the body.

Relax your muscles,

Unclench your jaw and continue listening to the sound of your breath.

Feel the earth supporting you.

While maintaining your breath,

I want you to think about the constant energy that is always flowing through you.

Now I want you to become intentional with that energy as we transmute fear,

Pain and uncertainty into love,

Hope and deeper understanding.

Tap into your energy all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes.

Give your body love.

Picture a warm glowing light around your whole being.

Imagine that light as a blanket covering your whole body like a shield.

Remember that you are divinely protected.

As you exhale,

I want you to release any pain,

Pressure and uncertainty you feel.

You do not need to carry that around.

Now I want you to inhale positivity,

Presence and connection.

As you cycle through these breaths,

Notice your body feeling lighter and lighter.

Notice your spirit feeling more and more connected.

I want you to let that white light that's surrounding you pour into your heart as you focus on everything you're grateful for.

Now send love to every being that needs it right now.

Send yourself that same love.

Imagine that light pouring out into the atmosphere raining down on the whole planet.

Now I want you to repeat these mantras with me between breaths.

I am love,

I am light,

I am healthy,

I am protected,

I am connected to others and my divine source.

I am present,

I am resilient.

I am sending healing into the world.

Now I want you to imagine all that white light surrounding the planet collecting and pouring right back into you.

Filling your body with warmth and comfort.

Filling your heart with hope and your soul with purpose.

Whenever you're ready,

You can start coming back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Maybe stretch,

Maybe smile or give yourself a hug and thank yourself for showing up to this practice.

May you continue on your journey with inner peace and love.

A lovely peaceful meditation. I liked the white healing light and the affirmations. I found the teacher’s voice pleasant and background music soothing. I wondering if the teacher would consider doing Ann expanded version of this to allow more time in the various places I.e. bathing in the light. πŸ’›
