Satisfied Welcome to this meditation where we focus on grounding ourselves in gratitude as we tap into our heart space.

Get into a comfortable position,

Ideally lying down.

Close your eyes and start to focus on your breath.

Breathing is one of the most important tools in calming our nervous system.

Allowing our breath to flow deeply helps regulate a relaxation response.

As you come into a more relaxed state,

Let your body gently press into the earth from every point.

Feel the ground beneath you supporting you.

With every exhale,

Release any tension,

Pressure,

Or pain you may be feeling in the body.

With every inhale,

Bring in support,

Love,

And understanding.

We're just going to continue to cycle through our breaths for a moment.

While maintaining that breath,

I want you to bring your focus to your heart space.

This is where your gratitude lies.

This space is beautiful.

This space reminds you of all of the wonderful people,

Places,

And things in your life.

This space reminds you of what a blessing it is to be alive on this wonderful and mysterious journey.

Visualize your heart glowing so brightly with gratitude that you are in such a pure state of love,

Floating in the fluidity of it.

You are love.

Wrap yourself in that love as you find only gratitude for how far you've come and all of the beautiful lessons you have learned along the way.

Remind yourself of what a victory it is to be here now through all of the adversities you have faced.

Send gratitude to every part of your body that allows you to function every day.

Your skin,

Your bones,

Your joints,

Your muscles,

Your organs.

Send love to your body for being a vessel for your soul,

For getting you where you need to be,

For supporting you on this mission.

Now,

I want you to send gratitude to every person or situation that has played a part in your growth.

As you think about these people and experiences,

I want you to remember that all of them,

Good or bad,

Were for you,

To teach you,

To help you grow in some way.

Now let go of any anger or resistance as you find it in your heart to be thankful for even the toughest of lessons.

Find your peace through finding your gratitude.

Remember that you are in this human form,

On this planet,

In this universe,

At this time,

For a reason.

Ground yourself in that trust and connection as you let go of everything outside of the present moment.

Be grateful for it and all other moments that led you here.

Trust that everything is happening as it needs to.

Repeat the mantra,

I am grateful.

You can now mentally or verbally speak out what you are grateful for.

There is no limit,

Just focus on all of the things that you find gratitude for in this present moment.

Notice your heart fill up with warmth and compassion.

As you give thanks for the many blessings in your life.

Find yourself feeling peaceful,

Lighter,

Happy,

Understanding,

And grounded.

Deep connection and healing can only happen when you tap into gratitude,

Especially for yourself.

Thank yourself for showing up to this practice.

Ground yourself in that gratitude as you remind yourself that everything happens for you and that is a beautiful thing.

Whenever you are comfortable,

You can start to come back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Notice how present you feel with your heart at the forefront.

Smile with all that gratitude in your heart.

Stay grounded and stay grateful friends.

Thank you! I enjoyed this meditation. I also really loved the background music. That could be a meditation all on its own. Overall, great guidance on gratitude. 😁
