Welcome.
Before we begin,
Just take a moment to arrive.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
No need to perform.
No need to get this right.
No need to force yourself to feel different.
Just begin by noticing that you are here.
Allow yourself to settle into the space around you,
Feeling the support underneath your body.
Maybe softening your jaw a little.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Allowing your hands to rest naturally and without changing anything yet.
Just to begin.
Noticing your breath.
Observing the inhale.
Observing the exhale.
No need to control it.
Simply noticing.
Notice where the breath moves easily.
Notice where the body may still feel tense.
God.
Busy.
Or activated.
And just let that be okay for now.
Nothing needs to be fixed in this moment.
And gently begin allowing the breath to soften through the nose.
A slow inhale through the nose.
And an even softer exhale through the nose.
Without force,
Without strain,
Allowing the exhale to become slightly longer than the inhale.
Breathing in softly for four,
And exhaling gently for six.
Inhale two,
Four,
Exhale.
2 3 4 5 6 again inhale two three,
Four,
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Again soft inhale and a slow exhale,
Allowing the nervous system to begin receiving the message that in this moment it may soften just a little not because everything in life is perfect but because you are learning how to create moments of safety within the body again.
Continue breathing gently at your own pace,
A soft inhale,
A longer exhale,
Allowing the breath to stay quiet.
Easy.
Unforced.
And just notice what you become aware of.
Maybe nothing changes immediately.
That is okay.
The work is not about instant transformation.
It's about repetition.
Awareness.
Conditioning.
One breath at a time.
Now slowly allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
Notice the body,
Notice the space around you.
Notice yourself here as you move through this program remember You do not need to do this perfectly,
You simply need to keep returning.
One breath,
One repetition,
One experience at a time.
