Let yourself to be guided into your sacred safe place to let go and ground using the strenght and wisdom of the Oak. Taking you to a beautiful safe place in nature where you can connect deeper with your breath and your inner peace. When you finish, take a moment to feel gratitude, ground with drink/food.

Starting by gently connecting with the rhythm of the breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And with the next breath in,

Gently inviting an intention for our session today.

What it is in your life,

Right here,

Right now,

That you would like to bring more attention,

Extra love to it.

Once you have that intention clear into your mind,

With your next breath gently guiding it towards your heart center.

Breathe out.

Invite everything that serves you no more to leave the body.

Bringing in your intentions and bringing out.

Making a sound,

An ah or a ha.

And letting go.

Breathing in.

With your next breath in,

We would like to invite you for a gentle visualization.

Finding yourself in your sacred place,

Space.

Somewhere where you feel in peace,

You feel safe.

There is nothing to do,

Nowhere to go.

The sun is shining,

Warming up your skin.

You can hear the birds singing above.

You can feel the Mother Earth beneath your feet.

And just for a moment,

Noticing your bare feet,

Making steps into a beautiful green grass.

You can feel the warmth and the wetness from the morning dew.

Bathing your toes and washing off all your fears.

Washing off the anger,

Anxiety and all your worries.

Finding yourself making steps,

One,

Two.

Walking forward.

And when you look up,

Lifting up your gaze,

You can see the most beautiful metal you have ever seen.

You can feel the open space.

You can hear the ground buzzing of life.

Insects,

Butterflies with all different colors flying around.

Birds,

Grasshoppers,

Beetles and ants busy doing their thing.

You can feel yourself walking in this tranquil space,

With the nature around you.

And if you have any thoughts coming through,

Just gently observe them and go back to the breath.

Finding yourself walking.

And somewhere in the distance,

You can see a yoke standing in the middle of a big opening.

And you are deciding to go and sit by it.

Once you have reached the yoke,

You are sitting by its trunk,

Leaning your back on it.

And when you lift up your gaze,

You can see the canopy of trees above,

Gently swaying on the wind and dancing in the air.

And you can see some of them.

You are deciding to close your eyes.

The yoke.

And with your next breath,

Just visualizing your roots traveling down into the ground,

Into the mother earth,

And connecting with the roots of the tree.

Connecting with its ancient wisdom.

Connecting with its strength and foreign beauty.

Just gently inviting yourself into a self journey,

Guided by the wisdom of the yoke.

Mother earth beneath.

Feeling your breath.
