Hello Traveler.
For this audio,
It's a very simple exercise.
We are going to explore.
Gratitude.
So for this,
All you need to do.
Is.
Take a minute,
Wherever you are.
Whether you're sitting,
Whether you're standing.
Just let yourself be.
You are.
Allow yourself to drift into your breath.
With ease,
With intention,
Breathing on purpose.
In through your nose.
Gently.
Feel the flow of air into your body.
Feel the way the breath invigorates you.
Creating a connection for you.
Deep down into the earth.
Up into the heavens.
The cosmos.
Connecting you at this moment.
Horizon.
Within you.
The meeting point.
Because with your breath.
And noticing.
With deep sensitivity.
You can begin.
To feel.
The place that you occupy.
In the universe.
Notice the vibrations.
Notice the ebb and flow.
The Currents.
That are always moving,
Always changing.
If there's one thing that life has taught us.
It is always changing.
It's always moving forward.
That there is always room for more growth.
There's always room.
For things.
To work.
And the only thing that we.
.
.
Can do.
Is really examine how we relate to it.
So I'm going to ask you.
.
.
To elevate your perspective a bit.
Offer those lower self parts of you some grace.
Give them.
The space.
So that you can zoom out.
And look from high above the bird's eye view of where you are and all that you have accomplished.
To get here.
Now the place that you're in may not feel pleasant.
It may not be where you want to be.
But The cosmic lessons are inside you.
At every moment.
The lessons.
Are forged.
Through all sorts of experiences.
Pleasure.
Suffering.
Ecstasy.
And for that I offer.
A little prayer.
Something to drop us even deeper.
Into a pure.
Present.
Knowing.
I'm grateful.
I'm grateful for all of it.
Thank you for the lesson.
Thank you for the gift.
Message.
It may be impossible at this time to know exactly what the lessons I am learning are.
I'm grateful for the journey.
With every cycle.
We've stepped up.
Further.
Into the truth.
With ourself.
And there's no place.
Now.
And if you think of someone or someones in your life.
People that.
.
.
Reflect.
Love.
That reflect devotion.
Passion.
Allow their love to flow into you.
You are the universe.
As an expression.
Of who you are in this moment.
Every truth.
The universe decided that it wanted to experience what it was like.
To be.
Of your experience.
We offer gratitude for the air.
We offer gratitude.
For the water we drink.
We offer gratitude for the fire that warms us.
And we offer gratitude for the Earth.
That holds us.
We offer gratitude to the North.
The Spirit of Winter.
The spirit of holding and transformation.
We offer gratitude to the East,
The spirit of birth.
Of new life,
Of spring.
We offer gratitude to the sound.
The spirit of vibrancy.
Of thriving summer.
That we offer gratitude.
The West.
The spirit of dusk.
Of autumn.
Of dissension.
We offer gratitude to the places within us.
Need to explore the unknown.
So that we may be cleansed.
And learn.
And bring ourselves back into the light.
With new.
Knowledge.
And wisdom.
Feel the space around your body.
Breathe into the space,
Allowing it to expand outward.
And finally.
.
.
To our deepest selves.
All of the identities that we occupy.
From the small children.
To the teenagers.
To the adults within us.
I forgive you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Thank you.
I forgive you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Thank you.
Begin to feel the flow of gratitude.
Building in the center of your body.
Infuse this gratitude.
And to every.
Self.
Using your breath,
Using your attention to scan your body.
Your attention.
Is the all-seeing.
All-knowing wisdom.
Of the cosmos itself.
Your power is infinite.
And it is through your gratitude.
That you will be able.
To flow through anything.
This tool.
Is always available to you.
Gratitude is.
.
.
Power source.
Through which you can reinforce the lessons that you've learned.
The love that you seek.
And the wisdom.
My invitation to you,
After completing this audio,
Is to open your eyes.
And say thank you five times.
Say thank you to something.
Or someone around you.
Just simply thank them for who they are or what they are in your life.
I am grateful for you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
