Please find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale deeply through your nose too.
Inhale peace and exhale love.
Inhale calm and exhale gratitude.
Inhale patience and exhale happiness.
With each inhalation and exhalation allow yourself to feel more relaxed.
Now we will inhale,
Hold and exhale for a count of 5.
Please inhale 1,
2,
3,
4 and 5,
Hold 1,
2,
3,
4 and 5,
Exhale 1,
2,
3,
4 and 5 and repeat Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4 and 5,
Hold 1,
2,
3,
4 and 5,
Exhale 1,
2,
3,
4 and 5,
One more time Inhale,
Hold and exhale.
Now please come back to your normal breath.
Please bring your hands to the center of your chest and take a moment to think about two things you are grateful for today.
Now that you are here and present,
I will share some affirmations with you.
Please repeat them with me,
Either in your mind or out loud.
I am grateful for my body and my life.
I am safe.
I trust in myself.
Everything will be fine.
I am on the right path.
Now take a final deep breath,
Inhale and exhale.
When you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
