Ships (Consolation For A Healing Heart)

I wrote and recorded this song for a friend who committed suicide in 2019. It is a live take on piano, with me humming in the background. For me, this song expresses both sadness and longing, as well as an inexplicable joy of life. It is one of the most healing pieces of music that ever flowed through me. I hope it can bring you peace and consolation.
