Powerful ☀️ I had wanted to practice the Sun salutation listening this music. Instead of it I realized I did some kind of Chi Kung, feeling energies in my hands, getting ideas what the next move should be. When the time came, I started to practice the Sun salutation. 🙏🏽 Saying Thank You 😊
