Childhood Dreams
This brightly shimmering soundscape was created so long ago now, back when I could still recall vivid glimpses from my childhood. Somehow the gentle harmonies recorded were able to encapsulate the feelings; the kind, playfully bubbling arpeggio sings of an innocence that seems endless, while the distant electric guitar blanketed by a soft wall of noise is like a voice for echoes of times gone by. A cloud of sadness and longing occasionally passes by. While wandering the natural paths of our inner landscapes and memories, we may encounter every possible emotion there is to experience – the music is a friend to hold our hand. We may also find unexpected places long forgotten, and perhaps even discover new vistas never before visited in this perennial childhood; our inner worlds of wonder.
