Oh Sofia this was an amazing guided meditation from you. O usually lay down but i remember this time that you recommend to sit down. I was swimming in tears as I released all the past hurtful experiences at the end I felt relieved and exited that I have left all the hurt behind and found my beautiful inner child just just waiting for me to acknowledge that we had done nothing wrong to be treated in such a poor way. I took her/me in my arms, hug, loved, empowered her away from all that accumulated hurt. Wow! I can say more for now a simple Thank you so much for this beautiful work. May the creator continue to use you in this amazing work. My deepest respect and thanks again🙏

Your meditations are so unique and moving . Sofia I attended your live the night before last . It was my very first experience with you . That night I went to sleep and had the most vivid dreams about what I had envisioned in the visualization. I had envisioned walkning on the beach with a partner . Someone I loved . Well in my dream I was with the most amazing man . I’m was wearing a beautiful pink dress . I was meeting his family . I was so happy . I rarely remember my dreams . This was such an amazing experience. It made me realize that your sessions are so powerful. I look forward to attending more f your AMAZING sessions !
