Lección 1
Relax + Listen
Relax in soothing sound as you receive an orientation to the course and an overview of the week ahead where you will develop the art of self awareness, self care and self advocacy, a holistic skill set built on an embodied foundation of relaxing into the present moment and listening deeply to subtle messages of the body-mind.
Lección 2
Identify Advocacy Issue
You will be guided on a short meditation in sound to establish mindfulness and drop in a question to identify an issue taking you out of harmony and into dis-ease. Together we will welcome all sensations and you will be held in sound as you engage the heart and set an intention to honour your true wishes for the benefit of all.
Lección 3
Increase Self Awareness
Our body has intuitive wisdom that can guide us when we tune in, listen deeply and take steps to harmonise our outer actions with our inner sound. We will start the session with a meditative song to rest the mind in open awareness and you will be guided through the body to meet any sensations that arise with sweet sounds and a gentle breath.
Lección 4
Practice Self Care In Sound
Now you have more awareness and connection to the body-mind you will be guided to practice self care in sound with the transformative power of a gong bath meditation to help you relax deeply into the present moment, release tension and restore greater harmony within. Headphones recommended for optimal experience.
Lección 5
Cultivate Clarity + Courage
Sound can help us restore harmony within, but to stay in tune we need to live in harmony, aligning thoughts, speech, and action through the practice of self-awareness, self-care, and self-advocacy in this form or another. In this session, you will cultivate clarity and courage, beginning with a meditative song to connect with the heart, followed by a guided reflection to explore the consequences of speaking your truth with love, and whether you need additional information, community, or support to move forward.
Lección 6
Practice Self Advocacy
Today is the day - are you ready? In this session you will be guided to define who you need to speak to, how and when to do this skilfully. We start the session by finding our centre, anchoring awareness at the belly and end with a meditative song to be-friend any fear that arises. You can use this session to propel you into making the call, speaking up at the meeting or simply envision what you want to say to cultivate more confidence ready to practice self advocacy for the benefit of all.

Review + Relax
Well done! You’ve reached Lesson 7 and cultivated the ability to listen deeply to your inner sound, practice self-care, and communicate it with confidence and love. After all this energy, we’ll calm together through a relaxation in sound and take time to reflect on and review your self-advocacy practice. This is now a tool you can revisit to navigate other challenges, helping you live in greater harmony with your inner sound and activate the collective flowering of our true potential.
