Then, you’ll experience calming sound frequencies specifically chosen to begin signaling safety to your nervous system, helping you shift gently toward a state of rest, balance, and repair.

Today, we’ll go deeper into how sound frequencies actually work to support your healing. You’ll learn about the science behind vibration, brainwave entrainment, and how specific frequencies help shift the nervous system out of stress and into states of calm and restoration. We’ll explore how frequencies like 432 Hz, 528 Hz, and 639 Hz interact with the body at a cellular and neurological level, creating real, measurable changes in how you feel. Then, you’ll be guided through a sound experience designed to help your brain and body settle even more fully into safety, balance, and ease.

Today, we’ll explore how sound can essentially "rewire" the brain and nervous system, helping you feel more grounded, relaxed, and emotionally resilient. Which frequencies may be best for long term regulation? When we experience stress or trauma, our brain and nervous system can become stuck in patterns of heightened arousal, leaving us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. The good news is that sound frequencies have the ability to help shift these patterns and support the brain and body in returning to a state of balance. By using specific sound vibrations, we can influence brainwave activity and activate the body’s natural healing responses.
