1. Holding Centre - Connecting within your sacred centre. Our inner home base. Each of us needs to connect with our inner selves. Our inner wisdom. Before we can connect to others we need to have a strong centre and a strong core. Find the calm in the storm.
2. Filling Our Cup - repairing & re-energising our energy. Discovering what fills our cup and what drains our cup. Who are the energy takers and energy givers?
3. Savouring - Savouring allows us to fully immerse ourselves in beauty, joy, happiness & awe. Find joy in the ordinary moments.
Inspiring people to amplify their strengths and live their best lives with kindness is my passion. I am an advocate for education, awareness building, and social justice change. For over 30 years I have combined teaching in the Higher Ed and the VET sector, working in corporates as a coach/ trainer building resilience and well-being, and teaching trauma-informed mindfulness & meditation. I am also a volunteer and counselor. I teach and write with heart, mind, and research and have lived experience to make the content real, relatable, readable, and hopefully, something that can bring awareness, sparks of realisation, peace, hope, and help.
I have been awarded a 2023 VSA VET International Practitioner Fellowship to develop a mindfulness program to investigate, design and implement a mindfulness program in the Australian vocational and dual sectors for improved mental health and performance for teachers and students. Filling Our Cup: Repairing & Re-energising
Once we have a solid centre we can begin to assess our cup of energy. The best thing about cups is that they are refillable. In this lesson, we investigate what fills your cup and what drains it. We also explore energy takers and energy givers. I highly recommend you do my free cutting cords meditation as an exercise.

Thank you! “Savoring” at age 69 was such a gift. Remembering when I met the love of my life. I felt myself soften, my heart opening, my whole self becoming gentle and grateful and excited and happy all over again. Leaning into those memories was like falling in love with her all over again. Truly powerful. We have been together 40 years. She is 82 years old with a very serious heart condition. We take it one day at a time. In this last session on savoring, I realized, in my fear over her condition and the “not knowing” of how much time we have, I was guarded and scared. I was disconnecting, and walled off from her- not even knowing this was happening.
All that distance I created just fell away. In my spirit I am holding her, drawing her close, heart wide open, softening and trusting and being vulnerable. Just loving her with total abandon! Thank you so much. Truly a very positive
experience! Happy PRIDE month. Joan and I could finally marry in 2013 after we’d been together 25 years....

This was a fantastic powerful and potentially life changing course, if you act on it. Lesson 2 was very powerful for me in my situation right now. I am taking early health retirement due to burn out and have felt very lost and had been looking outwards to fill those gaps. This course encouraged me to look within to see what filled my cup and what was draining and the course directed me to looking into something that filled my cup on my own, with others and something I could do for others. I have done this and I don’t feel lost anymore and by doing these things I felt happier than I have for a long time. I know there will be ups and downs but I will keep returning to this course to remind me to take time to know myself and what lights me up and to follow my heart. ❤️ Bless you Tammy 💕...
