Sping Cleaning Your Body
In Ayurveda, spring is considered to be the best time of the year for detoxification, as our bodies are naturally letting go of the heaviness from the winter months and becoming more active. This session explores two simple Ayurvedic detoxification techniques: the neti pot and a one-day cleanse, eating just the Ayurvedic meal kitcheri.
Lección 4
Brahmari Breathing
Brahmari breathing, also known as humming bee breathing, is a Yogic breathing technique where the exhalations are hummed. This helps to clean the nose and sinues and encourage mental clarity and calmness. In this session, we practice Brahmari breathing to clear our minds and bring focus to our intentions for the coming months.
Lección 5
Aligning With The Spring Equinox

You are guided through a meditation to leave the past behind and plant a seed of intention for the months to come, and to acknowledge the real-life steps that you are going to take to bring it into fruition.
