You’ll learn how chronic stress, emotional suppression, and overdoing keep your system dysregulated, and how safety is created through stillness, breath, honesty, and emotional flow. Nice little course. I learned new helpful info. I enjoyed hoe each day was structure; a breath, info, affirmations a question to encourage deeper thought and a time to journal. I did at times turn off the music at the end as I like silence when I journal… but that is just my preference. 🙏🏻
