Incredibly informative! The classes scanned a broad range of topics, much more than I expected. Tomas did an amazing job at dividing the material up into digestible portions, and also with explaining touqh-to-grasp concepts. This class was so interesting, and very practical, I highly recommend it!

Thank you for this very comprehensive course, touching many aspects of Swara yoga. It was a little bit difficult for me when the duration of some lessons was over 20 min. I found many interesting informations and I need to come back to integrate some of them. I expected more pranayama, especially with alternate nostrils.
