Our fast moving, innovative brains weren’t made to stick to boring, monotonous work, we were made with a brightly burning flame inside our hearts.

Affirmations are a great way to program the mind towards behaviours that serve us.
This practice will help to undo all of the guilt we’ve been handed throughout our lives by both society and own harsh judgments of ourselves.

This lesson is about thriving. The affirmations are powerful reminders of the potentials of ADHD. As the practice is done in a lying down posture, we can relax deeper and allow the affirmations to penetrate deeper into the subconscious mind.
