Lección 1
Reaction Starts In The Body
Day 1 explores where emotional reactivity truly begins — in the body. You’ll learn how reactions are rooted in nervous system responses and shaped by past conditioning, and discover the science behind the “6-second emotion window.” With gentle guidance and a personal story, Kinga invites you to begin noticing your body’s signals, opening a powerful space for conscious choice and emotional freedom.
Lección 2
The Power Of Allowing (Without Needing To Fix It)
Day 2 invites you into the quiet strength of allowing, not to fix or change your feelings, but to meet them with presence. You’ll explore the difference between emotions and feelings, why we often resist what we feel, and how soft moments of inner permission can open the door to freedom and healing.
Lección 3
The Space Between (Guided Meditation)
Day 3 offers a guided meditation to help you experience “the space between” — the powerful pause between trigger and reaction. Through breath, body awareness, and visualization, you’ll begin to rewire old response patterns and gently train your nervous system to respond with presence instead of reactivity. This is where your freedom lives.
Lección 4
Questions That Open Space
Day 4 introduces the power of open-ended questions to interrupt reactive loops and invite conscious presence. You’ll learn how even a gentle question can shift your brain out of fight-or-flight and into curiosity, clarity, and choice. These questions don’t demand answers — they simply create space for something new.
Lección 5
Freedom Is An Inner Space
Day 5 brings together all the practices explored in the course — awareness, allowing, breath, and choice — and guides you toward a deeper understanding of true freedom. This final reflection reminds you that freedom isn’t perfection, but presence. A space within you that grows stronger every time you return to it.
