Very often our body shows the manifestation of stress in many ways. In this track we discuss tools to counter and reverse the stress that we physically acquire.
Lección 3
Stress Support
Very often under stress we feel alone and a burden. In this track we discuss some tools and ideas to help you regulate your responsibilities and continued stress by going through the act of asking for support.
Lección 4
Stress Perspective Shifts
Very often we are stressed because we view the situation in a way that creates stress. In this track we will discuss how to shift our mental framing around situations to see how this stressful time can eventually benefit us.
Lección 5
Shift Focus From Stress
All too often the stressful situation takes center stage in our lives. When we look to some of the professionals and see how they deal with high stress situations, we can see they often use strategies to control where they put their focussed attention. Some of these strategies will be discussed in this track.
Lección 6
Stress Triggers
In stressful situations we usually have a stress pattern that is triggered by variables in our environment. This is the first step in becoming more stress adapted: Taking responsibility to how we respond.
