Kaizen: Improves A Little Every Day
We started learning how to implement new habits. The Kaizen philosophy invites us to be a little better every day by making small changes. As Lao Tze said: a thousand-mile road begins with one step. Shikata Ganai: Accept What It Is
What a beautiful word to speak of acceptance. We do not usually like this concept because we associate it with resignation and even indifference. Shikata Ganai tells us about quiet acceptance, the ability to learn from what we cannot change, turning it into a valuable learning experience. We can not make the river take another course; in the end, the water goes back on its way.

I'll ask you a question ¿Do you accept your imperfections?
Reflect on it.
Wabi sabi is the art of accepting and appreciating the imperfect. Note that not only does it accept it, but it also appreciates and values it.
What a wonderful philosophy. We are all extraordinary beings, even if we often make mistakes. That is part of our imperfect humanity and helps us to keep improving and growing.
