Lección 1
Breathing And Mantras
Welcome! I’m so proud of you for being here.
Today, we’ll dive into two essentials: Breathing and Mantras. Your mantra: I welcome and honor my process of recovery.
Ask yourself—are you entering this journey with dread or with a sense of possibility?
Coaching: Name what you’re feeling. Get real, get vulnerable. Breathe deeply and reclaim the ownership of your process.
Let your mantra anchor you: you’re here to change your life.
It’s hard work—but so worth it. Future you is already grateful.
Lección 2
You Are Braver Than You Think
Be proud. You’re a warrior fighting a battle few will ever see.
Recovery happens in the background—while you’re doing life: getting the kids to school, making dinner, saying no to a drink. It’s unseen, but it’s real.
Your mantra: I am braver than anyone knows.
Today’s focus? Keep it simple. Stay in today. Move softly. Don’t engage in conflict. Protect your sobriety, no matter what.
Breathe in, breathe out. This journey is worth it, and so are you.
Lección 3
You Are Not Your Thoughts
Welcome to day three—it’s so good to have you here. I’m proud of you for showing up and doing this courageous work.
Today, we’re going to focus on separating your voice from the “other voice”—the voice of your addiction. This voice has had power, but today is about quieting it and reclaiming your own true voice. You’ll learn tools to silence that inner noise so you can begin to plant strong roots in your sobriety.
Lección 4
Celebrate Your Exquisite Self
Welcome to day 4 of your mindset makeover.
The past few days have been intense, and you've been doing some deep work. Today, take a moment to shower yourself with gratitude and celebration. You’ve shown up, you’ve done the work, and you’re proving what a strong person you really are.
Take it in. You deserve this.
Lección 5
Letting Go of Resentments
Welcome to day 5 of your journey—one of surrender and discovery.
I’m so glad you’re here, because today we’re diving into one of my favorite topics: resentments and their relationship to victimhood. We’ll explore what resentments are, how to face them, and how to release them so we can heal and move forward.
You’ve got this.
Lección 6
Choosing To Fight For Your Transformation
Today, we’re talking about where you focus your energy in recovery: Are you focusing on fighting against your addiction? Or are you putting your energy into fighting for your transformation?
This shift is more than just a mindset—it’s a game-changer. Understanding this choice is key as you begin your journey. The difference between these two approaches will determine how you show up every single day.
Let’s start fighting for the person you’re becoming.
Lección 7
You Can Handle Any Feeling That Comes Your Way
Welcome to day seven.
Whether this is your first try or your tenth, you’ve made it through one week—and that’s huge. Your body is likely feeling better, especially if you’ve made it through the detox phase.
You may feel vulnerable emotionally, though. After a week of just surviving, all those suppressed emotions might come rushing in.
Today, you’ll learn why this happens and how to thrive.
Lección 8
Choosing Radical Honesty
Today, we’re discussing one of my favorite topics: radical honesty. Notice I didn’t just say “honesty” because that would’ve been easier.
The word radical means no gray areas, no shortcuts.
If you want to do the deep work of recovery, radical honesty is non-negotiable.
Let’s get to it!
Lección 9
Your Words Matter
Today, we’re talking about something powerful: your self-talk. In recovery, you start becoming your own best friend, little by little. And just like any best friend, you should speak kindly to yourself.
The words you use—especially the ones you tell yourself—matter more than you think.
Let’s get started.
Lección 10
Embracing Your Journey With Gratitude
My darling, I’m so proud of you for making it to day 10 of this coaching journey. I’m truly grateful to be on this path with you now.
Today, we’re focusing on gratitude. This foundation will keep you grounded as you continue to evolve your sobriety and who you are in the world now.
As you move forward, remember: You own this journey. This is your thing. Living free of substance and connected to a new way of experiencing life is a privilege. Sobriety is your superpower. Please do not ever forget that.
Keep showing up with compassion for yourself and the strength to push through the hard days.
Let’s keep going. You’ve got this.
Stay fierce and proud of your journey.
