The meditation begins by grounding ourselves through the root chakra, allowing the kundalini energy to rise through an open and balanced sacral chakra. Visualizations of orange light and diving into the depths of oneself symbolize exploring hidden aspects and letting go of fears and insecurities. We return to the world with the opening of a door to a balanced, awakened, and free-flowing sacral chakra, leading to feelings of expression, sensuality, nurturing, and freedom.
