Things will get easier - as you discover how empathy and boundaries can coexist. Through guided reflection and short exercises, you’ll learn to accept others’ limitations without absorbing their pain or losing your serenity.
Lección 3
Unconditional Acceptance For Self
We are on the homestretch! In this final session, we will focus on healing the inner critic.
Using self-compassion techniques and reframing tools from CBT, you’ll learn to meet yourself with kindness and radical honesty - the foundation of lasting peace.
