This 3-part series is designed to help participants better understand their anxiety and build a healthier, more empowered relationship with it. Through psychoeducation, reflection, and guided processing, this course offers both insight and practical tools for personal growth.
Bee (she/they), is a trauma specialist, certified yoga instructor, and full-time nomad dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing and growth. Bees work supports your journey toward balance—honoring your full self, mind, body, and spirit.

Lección 1
What Is Anxiety? (Psychoeducation)
In this session, participants will learn what anxiety is from a psychological and physiological perspective. We’ll explore how anxiety shows up in the body and mind, why it exists, and how it can serve both protective and disruptive roles.
Lección 2
Your Relationship to Anxiety (Reflection & Journaling)
This session invites participants to explore how they personally relate to their anxiety. Guided prompts will help uncover patterns, beliefs, triggers, and emotions tied to anxiety. Journaling and reflection will encourage insight and self-awareness.
Lección 3
Processing & Integration
Participants will revisit their journal reflections with gentle guidance and supportive psychoeducation. This session focuses on understanding patterns, processing what surfaced, and identifying shifts, tools, or new ways of relating to anxiety moving forward.
