Rather than relying on big or rare experiences, this session guides you to recognise quiet, everyday joy — the small, nourishing moments that already exist in your life. You’ll be invited to create your own joy list and intentionally connect with at least one joyful moment today. This practice helps you end the journey with a renewed sense of appreciation, aliveness, and emotional richness, and provides a sustainable way to continue living intentionally long after the course ends.
