Lección 1
Theory: Suffering From Impostor Syndrome
Explore the psychological roots of self-doubt and why even the most capable individuals can struggle with feeling like they’re not enough. This session breaks down the internal and external factors that contribute to impostor feelings, and examines how certain personality traits—like perfectionism, high sensitivity, or a strong inner critic—can make someone more vulnerable.
Lección 2
Practice: Overcome Impostor Syndrome
In this session, you’ll be guided through a brief yet powerful writing exercise designed to quiet your inner critic and shift your mindset. By putting thoughts to paper, you’ll begin to recognize unhelpful patterns, reframe negative self-talk, and access a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and confidence in your abilities. This reflective practice helps create space between who you are and the doubts that try to hold you back.

I loved the direction to break down and point out where you feel like you’re falling short and how to turn that around and write an affirmation. So well thought out and broke down in such a simple manor. I’ve always struggled with a daily affirmation but with your direction it really simplified it. Thank you.
