Being Here, Not There
This lesson will help you understand how stress arises from resisting the present moment and longing for an imagined future. By embracing the present, you can reduce tension and find peace in the now. A guided reflection will connect you with the present moment, while a journaling prompt and daily mindfulness activity will encourage you to practice presence throughout your day.
Lección 3
Choose Thoughts That Serve You
In this session, you’ll learn how to manage stress by consciously choosing which thoughts to engage with. While thoughts are inevitable, you have the power to decide which ones to focus on. A guided reflection will help you explore the transient nature of thoughts, complemented by a journaling prompt and a practical exercise to practice thought awareness during stressful moments.
Lección 4
The Art Of Letting Go
You’ll explore the concept of letting go of the need to control as a way to release stress. Recognizing that control is often an illusion, you can open yourself to a deeper sense of calm. The guided reflection will focus on releasing tension in areas where control is most tightly held, supported by a journaling exercise and a playful daily activity centered around letting go.

You’ll learn that relaxation is not something you need to strive for—it is who you already are.
