Lección 1
Healing From Within Rather Than Waiting For Others To Change
In this lesson, we will explore how our beliefs about forgiveness can impact our healing process. Often, we think that someone who has hurt us must acknowledge their actions, apologize, and change their behavior before we can forgive them. We might also believe that not forgiving protects us from future hurt, as forgiveness might mean letting our guard down.
However, holding onto hurt consumes our energy and prolongs our pain, as we cannot control others' actions. By recognizing that our protective mechanisms, while valid, can evolve, we can learn to support and heal our hurt parts ourselves and then forgiveness is something that often comes naturally without us trying for it.
Lección 2
Tending To Our Inner Parts
In this lesson I will guide you through an inner inquiry that aims to support the parts in your system that are active in relation to other people who you find difficult to forgive, so that these patterns can be processed and released. When we use the situations that we are being activated with other people as reflections of what is taking place within ourselves, we can then more easily get there, tend to and be there for these parts in ourselves and create inner shifts. This practice is best done when you know you have some uninterrupted time to yourself so you can best listen to the messages that will come through your system and go inwards.
