In this course, you will learn calming practices that create more ease and enjoyment in falling (and staying) asleep. There are also guided meditations to relax and actually practice. Please always listen to your own inner guidance above all. You are personally invited to dive into the beauty of restorative rest.

Lección 1
The Moment You Wake Up And The Moment You Fall Asleep
In this session, we will dive into two important moments of your sleep journey- the moment you wake up and the moment you fall asleep. At the end of the session, you will learn a simple pranayama practice you can do every night when falling asleep.
Lección 2
Relaxing Into A Bedtime Routine
In this session, we will break down a bedtime routine into four simple steps. You can do this exact routine or use it as inspiration to create your own unique routine. We will learn about the key reason it is suggested in Ayurveda. You will also receive more practical tips.
Lección 3
Sleep Yoga To Unwind
Enjoy this 15-minute restorative yoga practice to prepare your nervous system for deep sleep. Note: Please listen to your body, first and foremost. Do not practice if pregnant. Optional Prop: Yoga Strap (or towel)
Lección 4
Grounding Your Body For Sleep
This session is all about the ancient practice of abhyanga. It is similar to a massage (which you can do for yourself). We will tap an essential marma point and practice self-love in a very real way.
Lección 5
Guided Abhyanga Practice
Enjoy this guided practice designed to guide you through the full-body abhyanga. This practice will leave you feeling calm and relaxed as if you just left a massage appointment! In my experience, when you wake you will feel more ease in your body.
Lección 6
Call Back Your Energy
This meditation is designed to call back your energy. Throughout the day we often send our energy outward in conversations, tasks, and thoughts. This meditation helps to bring yourself back to center. This meditation is also available under my "guided meditations" section.
Lección 7
Chakra System Journey
In this session, we will settle and relax into a chakrameditation. This practice connects you to your seven major chakras through visualization. It is one of my personal favorite practices in the course.
Lección 8
Meditation For Grounding (With 432Hz Binaural Beats)
This root chakra meditation is designed to be practiced at any time. This meditation will help to bring you back to the present moment, allowing you to feel grounded and calm. Access a deep sense of relief and stability, one breath at a time.
Lección 9
Deep Sleep Meditation
Gently transform your mind into a relaxed, receptive state. This meditation was created with positive suggestions to uplift you. As well as relaxation guidance to help you relax into sleep and wake up feeling renewed and refreshed!
Lección 10
Moonlight Lullaby
This final session is a special meditation for deep sleep. Practice this meditation as you are falling asleep to settle into a deep soothing rest. Connect with cooling lunar energy to cleanse and and relax.
