Lección 1
Visioning Our Workflow
Throughout this course, we will define and discover new tools to help us be the most productive and effective in our work while inviting in peace and freedom. Today, we will create what our ideal work flow looks like - how we feel, what we experience, and what, in a perfect world, our day looks like. We will use today as our compass for the rest of the course.
Lección 2
Space Creation
Creating space is a literal and a figurative practice. In this second day of working toward peace and productivity while working from home, we will spend only a few short minutes clearing out what is not necessary (and it’s not what you may think!) to make room for the results you are going to be generating the rest of the day!
Lección 3
Defining Results
Studies show that when you declare your desired result, or goal, or milestone that you want to hit, to someone else, you are 36% more likely to hit it. That statistic starts with your own clarity. So today, we will take a look at how to define what it is you want, so that we can lay down an inspiring and manageable plan for you to achieve it.
Lección 4
Scheduling
We have all heard of time tracking, block working, and of course, using a calendar. So today, we will explore the best scheduling work flow for you, not the productivity gurus and the masses. No, you won’t have to wake up 5 hours earlier, and no, you won’t have to turn off your phone completely (though it’s never a bad idea). Today, we explore the right scheduling system for you.
Lección 5
Transitioning In & Out Of Flow
Moving from one task to another can often cause a landslide of issues, including burnout, distractions, and plain old “I don’t wannas”. Today, we will become masters at transitioning back into a powerful flow state, whether we are starting something new, and whether we just got disturbed by the doorbell or a dog, or a family member.
Lección 6
Setting & Keeping Boundaries
This may be the dreaded day in the course for some of you. Here’s why: setting and keeping boundaries takes practice and it takes communication - two things we often like to skip when possible! But setting and keeping boundaries are paramount to having a work environment that supports your goals and keeps you in that sacred workflow. This could just be the most powerful day of the course.
Lección 7
Dealing With Other People
Now that we’ve got our own workspace and effectiveness nice and shiny, what happens when we get an angry email, or interrupted (despite our fantastic boundaries) by a family member? Today, let’s touch on what happens when we start feeling some big emotions, how to manage conflict so we stay in our peace, communication, and setting expectations. We will learn to call on a higher self and ask them “What would you do right now”?
Lección 8
Tips & Tricks Of The Peaceful & Powerful
Today, we are going to discover a beautiful laundry list of different tools that can help you step into that productivity potential. Try something that sounds interesting, and come back to this day to see if there’s something you can add to your routine to level up your peaceful work flow. Quick spoiler: we’ll tackle accountability, working at 10% + velocity, and music that can enhance your work.
Lección 9
Grounding Work/ Meditation
Now that we have a lot of tools to support us in being both peaceful and productive, we want to set ourselves up for success, every day, every meeting, every task. Today, you’ll learn a short meditation you can repeat to yourself before you start your workday or before you dive into a meeting, emails, or a task. You will then hear a longer version and a technique to help you make that transition from calm meditation into a productive workday.
Lección 10
Completing The Day
One of the challenging things about working from home is figuring out when to stop working. Today, we will wrap up this course by learning a short completion meditation - one to guide you from the workday to the rest of your day. You will feel freedom and peace around turning off your phone, or closing your email, or leaving your work space, rather than doom that you may miss something. We will set ourselves up for tomorrow, leaving ourselves free to enjoy the rest of our day.
