Lección 1
Just Relax
If you want more time in your days, the solution may at first seem counterintuitive as it requires us to make haste slowly. By treating yourself to 10 or so minutes of Me Time each day, you will calm your mind and get more done in the day. This investment of time comes back many times over so, just for today, start by relaxing.
Lección 2
The Breath Clock
Scientists have not been able to identify one single clock in our body. The secret is under our nose and is well known to mystics and yogis. The speed of our breath alters our perception of the passage of time. Slow it down and time slows down with it so that you can get more done in less time.
Lección 3
The Source of Procrastination
Sometimes we can become a busy fool and end up becoming creatively uncreative. This is a sign we have an unconscious fear in operation which is getting in the way of us stepping into our magnificence. This visualisation deals with these fears at source in a loving and gentle way.
Lección 4
Creating Interruption Barriers
Interruptions come in two forms, they are both external and internal. This visualisation gives you techniques to deal with both. By quietening the conscious mind, we reduce external interruptions. By forming a new relationship with our inner mind centres, we truly become a master-mind.
Lección 5
Extended Me Time [EMT]
It is now known that our left and right brains have two slightly different experiences of the world. The left looks at detail and handles learned responses while the right manages the Big Picture - in most people at least. It is less well known that the two hemispheres experience time differently. When we synchronise the hemispheres, we enter the flow state - or the zone - where time takes on an ethereal quality.
Lección 6
Inner Mind Time [IMT]
Neuroscientists have detected reactions in the neurons in the gut and heart several seconds ahead of real time. This is because, somewhat bizarrely, they run ahead of our conscious mind. By quietening the monkey mind and understanding their language we can get our head, heart and gut in alignment. When we do this, we always make the right decision which, of course, is a great time saver.
Lección 7
Outer Mind Time [OMT]
Light bulb moments are thought forms that arrive in less than a second. They come from the collective consciousness sometimes when we are least expecting them to arrive. They are blocked by internal dialogue and sometimes by the lower mind centres. This visualisation sets up the conditions to tap into them on demand.
Lección 8
The Earth Clock
In our 24x7 world, we have forgotten why there are 24 hours in the day and 7 days in the week. We are ‘always on’ but have forgotten where the time systems we have become enslaved by have come from. This guided visualisation will give you a new perspective from a standpoint way above our planet.
Lección 9
Future Entanglement
As we live in a 3D world with a forward arrow of time, it is second nature that we have access to memories of thoughts and events from the past. What is less well known is that we are equally capable of tapping into ‘future memories’. We can get information from a future version of us sent back to ‘the Now’. Again this is one amazing time saver.
Lección 10
Sleeping Peacefully
For around a third of the day, we go from being awake to being asleep. Some may see this as a waste of time but sleep is needed for us to recharge physical, mental and spiritual batteries. Our sleep time is not dead time, we can use it mindfully to process events of the day gone by and to set up conditions for the most perfect days ahead.
