Lección 1
Quiet Mind
This 20 minute session clears and quiets the mind, deeply relaxes the body. Today's guided practices include: 1. Palming, 2. Square Breathing, 3. Circle Breathing, 4. Blue Sky Meditation, 5. Legs Up Relaxation. Please have on hand: a pillow, a few blankets, an eye covering, (a small hand towel will work), something to put your legs up on, for example a chair, a few large pillows, the side of the couch. This session may be done on a yoga mat, or if you prefer, on your bed for extra comfort and ease.

Release Physical Stress and Tension
Day 2 - Release Physical Stress and Tension. This 20 minute session releases stress and tension in the body, so you can relax deeply. Today's guided practices include: 1. Palming, 2. Belly Breathing
3. Tense & Release, 4. Spacious Body Meditation, 5. Reclined Relaxation. Please have on hand:
a pillow, a few blankets, an eye covering, (a small hand towel will work). This session may be done on a yoga mat, or if you prefer, on your bed for extra comfort and ease.

Inner Calm
This 20 minute session focuses on cultivating inner calm, releasing tension through your body and relaxing deeply. Today's guided practices include: 1. Palming, 2. Belly Breathing, 3. Heart Breathing
4. Mantra Breathing, 5. Loving Kindness Meditation, 6. Child’s Pose Relaxation, 7. Heart Opening Relaxation. Please have on hand: a pillow, a few blankets, an eye covering (a small hand towel will work). This session may be done on a yoga mat, or if you prefer, on your bed for extra comfort and ease.

Ground and Centre
This 20 minute session focuses on grounding, centering and awakening inner wisdom, intuition. Today's guided practices include: 1. Palming, 2. Belly Breathing, 3. Centering Meditation, 4.
