This course is designed to help you commit to a mindfulness meditation practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, if you have struggled with showing up to your practice or remaining consistent, this course will offer tools to support, motivate, and inspire you on your journey. Each lesson will consist of a short lesson followed by a 5-minute practice with the option to continue with the music provided for an additional 5 minutes, giving you options for a short or extended meditation. This 7-day course allows you to reset your mind, gain inspiration to re-invigorate your practice, and recommit yourself with clarity of intention.

Alli Nichole is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation specializing in mindfulness, leadership, team, and executive coaching, working with people from all walks of life and helping them to reach their highest potential. She is a certified yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher with over 20 years of experience as a practitioner.

Lección 1
Setting An Intention
On Day 1, you will begin to open yourself up to the possibility of a committed practice and what that means to you. You will acknowledge the current or potential barriers to your practice and work towards breaking those down. Your first meditation this week will allow you to truly solidify your intention and motivate you for the week ahead.
Lección 2
Showing Up
On Day 2, you will explore the mental challenges that can be experienced when trying to show up for a meditation practice. You will learn tools for showing up to your practice even when life is hard. You will be reminded of the benefits of having a regular meditation practice and acknowledge why your practice is important to you. You will also re-visit the commitment you made to yourself during yesterday’s lesson.
Lección 3
Creating A Meditation Ritual
On Day 3, you will explore making your meditation practice a ritual. You will create an experience that allows you to keep showing up daily. You’ve acknowledged the barriers to your practice, both internal and external, over the last couple of lessons. Today we will look at what your preferences are around your meditation practice and how to create a special experience that works for you. We are often told that meditation has to look a certain way. In today’s lesson, you will challenge that preconception, so that you can create a sacred practice that fits into your life and that you can commit to. Our meditation today is focused on gratitude for our practice.
Lección 4
Connecting With Your Body
On Day 4, you will learn how to connect with your body during your meditation practice. This will include useful techniques to help with your practice, including ways to improve your posture for your practice and other recommendations for improving your practice. You will celebrate and recommit yourself to your meditation practice after passing the halfway point of your 7-day journey. After the lesson, you will connect with your body through a guided body scan meditation with music.
Lección 5
Coming Back To Your Breath
On Day 5, you will dive into the power of your breath and the ways that you can use this most powerful tool to optimize your meditation practice. This will include breathing techniques that you can continue to use in your practices, whether guided or not. You will finish with a guided breathing meditation practice with music.
Lección 6
Releasing Shame And Inviting Self-Compassion Into Your Practice
On Day 6, the penultimate lesson of your 7-day journey, you will tackle one of the things that keeps us from being our most joyful selves - shame. There is a talk to help you overcome the shame and self-doubt that surrounds your practice and the struggles you may have been faced with in the past in staying committed. You will open your mind to the idea of self-compassion and how you can carry this with you through your practices and beyond. You will finish the lesson with a loving-kindness meditation that leaves you feeling grateful and full of compassion for yourself and others.
Lección 7
Falling Off And Getting Back Up - Motivation For Your Meditation Journey!
On Day 7, you will reflect on the lessons you’ve learned this week and explore what you need to instill to continue on your meditation journey. You will learn to embrace the imperfections of your practice and explore how you can get back on track when you’ve fallen away from your practice. Today’s practice will be a nourishing and motivating practice to commit to the journey ahead.
