We often think of trauma as a reaction to extreme events, but in reality, trauma is simply frozen energy—energy that got stuck in your body because it couldn’t be processed at the time. Much of this stuck energy originates from our early years. As children, our survival system worked hard to protect us, and those patterns continue to repeat until we consciously feel them and allow them to release. Today, we create a gentle and loving space to bring this energy back into motion. Your body is not your enemy—it is your guide. You don’t need to force anything—just allow. You may know that you are safe. But do you feel it? In this lesson, we make a crucial shift: from intellectual understanding to deep, embodied experience. As a child, your nervous system depended on external safety—through a caregiver, a stable environment, or loving presence. But now, it is time to cultivate this safety from within. Your body has learned to hold onto tension. Maybe you’ve trained yourself to be on high alert, to never fully relax, to always be ‘on’. But true safety can’t exist only in your mind—it must be felt in your body. Today, you will learn gentle techniques to support this shift. Safety is not something to figure out—it is something to remember. Key insight of today: True safety doesn’t come from control, but from deep relaxation and self-regulation. Tomorrow, we introduce a powerful physical exercise to release tension and reset your nervous system.

Releasing & Renewing – Nervous System Reset
Your body holds onto past tension. Often without you even realizing it. Today, you will learn a simple yet profound exercise based on the insights of Stanley Rosenberg. This practice helps your nervous system relax through small, mindful movements—gently shifting your head, directing your gaze, and consciously feeling your breath. These subtle actions send a signal to your body: it is safe to let go. Repetition is key. Every time you practice this exercise, you create new neural pathways. Your brain and body begin to relearn what it feels like to be calm and safe. This isn’t a ‘quick fix’—it’s an invitation to gradually reset your system. Note: In the audio, I mention that you will receive an exercise weekly. In this course, the exercises are unlocked at a slightly faster pace, but my advice is to repeat the same exercise for at least a week. And if you feel your body needs more time, continue for as long as necessary. Your body has been used to holding onto tension for so long that it needs time to gently adjust to a new state of being. Only through slowing down and softening will it feel safe enough to release the tension. So take your time—I cannot emphasize this enough. Key insight of today: Your body learns through repetition. The more you practice relaxation, the more it becomes your natural state. Tomorrow, I will guide you in a meditation to reprogram your physical energy field and experience your body as a sacred vessel.
